Had some warranty work that was needed on my 2012 Malibu and the part had to be ordered, I was called within a few days and told the part was in then they scheduled me a few days later and they offered me a and the part had to be ordered, I was called within a few days and told the part was in then they scheduled me a few days later and they offered me a loaner car as they said it would take all day to be fixed which I didn't need but the Malibu was fixed ahead of time and it was a no hassle experience. DeWayne is a great service guy, always friendly and willing to work with you on what needs fixing etc. We bought 2 new cars within about 11 months from Bob Pulte our first time buying from them and will buy again, great service and sales guy was good and an over all good buying experience and now follow up. More
HAD A PROBLEM WITH AC. DIAGNOSED AS LEAKING EVAPORATOR COIL. JIM CALLED GM AND EXPLAINED THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS JUST OUT OF WARRENTY AND NEGOTIATED A VERY GOOD REPAIR PRICE BEFOR HE EVEN TALKED WITH ME. I COIL. JIM CALLED GM AND EXPLAINED THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS JUST OUT OF WARRENTY AND NEGOTIATED A VERY GOOD REPAIR PRICE BEFOR HE EVEN TALKED WITH ME. I WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET WITH A FULL COST REPAIR BECAUSE WE ARE LOYALE CUSTOMERS AND THE VEHICLE WAS JUST OVER 36000 MILES. JIM KEPT ME HAPPY. More

Since we purchased the vehicle (about 3 months ago), we had never used the seat belt in the back seat. Last week someone was in the back seat and the seat belt did not work. We call the service departmen had never used the seat belt in the back seat. Last week someone was in the back seat and the seat belt did not work. We call the service department and was told to bring it in the following morning that it would take about an hour to fix. We took it in at the specified time and was taken in right away. It only took the service department about 10 minutes to determine that the rear seat belt retractor locked up not allowing seat belt to move. They found it necessary to replace retractor assembly and that it needed to be ordered and they would call us when it came in. On the second day after our visit they called us and was given another time to have the vehicle fixed. We took it in and we were on our way in about an hour. More
We arrived and were greeted with smiles and told when we would be cared for. Each item to be checked on my vehicle was reviewed thoroughly and the pricing and care was explained in detail. We had a great experience. They were able to get my car in and out very quickly due to a scheduling conflict on my part. Had a wonderful experience with the service team at Bob Pulte. I got my car at a different dealership and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was one of their own.
