This is the second used car I have purchased from Pulte Chevrolet. The first was a 2004 Trailblazer and we traded in after 8 years with a 2013 Traverse. I have had my car serviced at Pulte's several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. They seem to appreciate your business and always offer options of waiting there while the sevice is be and it has always been a pleasant experience. I bought my car from another dealer because , when I bought it , didn't live in this area . But my next car will be purchased here because of the excellent service they provide. Also I brought my Dad in and we talked to Jim Kleiser about purchasing a truck. My Dad is 89 and I've often found that sales people tend not to talk to the "older" person or parent as much as to the younger person. Branden Young made my experience very pleasant by very quickly allowing me to test drive the car and then answering my questions and getting pricing together.
