I just leased a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu(my 2nd). The sales person, Dick Brooks, whom I've dealt with on both vehicles has always been professional and honest with me. Their service Dept. is professional and friendly and quick to respond to any problem I have had. I highly recommend Bob Pulte Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy/lease a new car. More
I never imagined I'd purchase a Toyota from a Chevrolet dealership, but I'm glad I took the chance. I had the pleasure of working with Skeeter Shaw and Biff Arnold. Both men were courteous, pro Chevrolet dealership, but I'm glad I took the chance. I had the pleasure of working with Skeeter Shaw and Biff Arnold. Both men were courteous, professional, and made the buying process an absolute pleasure. No pressure whatsoever! The thing that really blew me away was that the vehicle only came with one key, so Skeeter took the time to call a local Toyota dealership and found out what a replacement "Smart Key" would cost, then cut a check for that amount. I was impressed that they took ownership of that situation without me even asking for it. I can't think of another dealer that would go that far to please a customer. I would not hesitate to buy from these gentlemen again. More
After experiencing an ignition problem with my 2011 HHR, GM took care of the towing bill and I had my car towed to Bob Pulte on a Friday morning. I checked that afternoon to check on it, but they had not yet been able to take a look at it. I spoke with Jim Couch and he was very friendly and apologetic that they had not gotten to it yet, but explained that the severe cold and snow that we had just had, was resulting in them being overloaded with work. Again, very friendly and apologetic. I called back Saturday and spoke with Randy Hurst. They were currently working on it and he said they would have it done by 1 o'clock and that he would call when it was finished. He called at 1 o'clock stating it was complete and ready to pick up and that he would be there until 3, but that sales would be in until 5. I picked the car up within the hour. Sales personnel directed me to the service area where Randy immediately took care of me, explaining that GM was taking care of the bill due to a recall on that problem for the HHR. Randy was very friendly and got me on my way. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the repair and how smooth the whole process was. Thank you! More

Jim and Dick were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions quickly. They let me drive the vehicle without any pressures or catches. Skeeter was very helpful and my best compliment for him is that he is un salesman like. I have done this many times in my life and I dont like being played.
