We chose another car from the lot, but this offer was really above and beyond in an attempt to make us happy customers. If we are ever in the market for another Hyundai, or even a used car, we WILL return to Poynter. The dealership is an hour drive from home, but we will bypass the Hyundai dealer that's in our neighborhood to come to Poynter. Great experience...and I hate spending money ;) THANKS, GUYS! More

Recent Hyundai Purchase I had been shopping around at other dealerships prior to coming to Poynter. I had made it clear I was some weeks out from a purchase, at least. The dealership before Poynter rushed me out of their showroom even though it was totally empty. He didn't know his products, stumbling when I asked questions. I was not happy. I honestly expected no less from Poynter. However... I was greeted immediately, asked relevant questions, and treated like a person who had cash in hand, even though I made it clear I was only shopping. I didn't feel excessively pressured by the salesman, he knew his products very well and answered all of my questions. I ended up coming back just a few days later, much sooner than I had anticipated, and leased exactly the vehicle we discussed. He remembered me, remembered what I was after, helped me with my trade in, and facilitated the whole process like a pro. I would absolutely go back to Poynter. More
