I had an excellent experience with Randy and the team at Bob Poynter in Columbus, IN. My wife and I had identified the vehicle we wanted but could only find it in Chicago. Randy was able to locate two mat Bob Poynter in Columbus, IN. My wife and I had identified the vehicle we wanted but could only find it in Chicago. Randy was able to locate two matching spec vehicles closer to home (one in Ohio, the other in Indianapolis, fresh off the truck) and matched the very aggressive price, despite the margin hit they took. The vehicle was prepped flawlessly and Randy, who knew this car intimately, talked my wife and I through all of the technology and got phones connected, etc. The sales process was made more efficient by getting pre-approval for credit, something Randy recommended we do in advance. We were in and out of there in under an hour when we had our appointment, which is faster than I have ever seen when financing a purchase. Everything was spelled out clearly and the best funding option made clear to us. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Poynter and partciularly Randy Smith to anyone in the market for a new or used car. He is helpful and knowledgable. Thank you! More

This dealership will cheat you out of every penny it can. They won't give you a decent tradein price and lie about why. If you don't have two keys it costs about 200.00 at a dealer to get one programmed. When we called about the key we were told by another saleslady that keys are negotiated during the sales process. Didn't make any difference that he told us there was one key only after he had our check in his hand. Under no circumstances would I ever do business with these people again. They can stick their key where the sun don't shine!!!!! More

Saw pics of the 2008 Chrysler 300 car on the internet for sale, & it look like a very nice well maintained vehicle. Sent a email inquiry of the vehicle on Sunday & salesman Brian Wells responded the next bu sale, & it look like a very nice well maintained vehicle. Sent a email inquiry of the vehicle on Sunday & salesman Brian Wells responded the next business day Monday 15th. We set up a time to come look at it the next day, which was that Tuesday the 16th. The car was more impressive looking in person!! Took it for a test drive.. All I said was, I like this car.. can we work out a cash deal out the door off the lot?? He takes my offer to the desk & comes back with an offer that made me say let's do it!!! No haggling like their website points out, everyone that we came in contact was friendly, salesman knew everything about the vehicle. I mostly looked at 2006 Chrysler 300's here in Louisville where I live, in Florida, Ohio, Lexington, & ended up with 2008 300 with a clean carfax for less than the 2006 300's was going!!! More
