When I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago I was informed that it came with two year maintenance from the dealership. Today I found out that it ONLY covers oil changes and rotating tires. When I purchased the car I asked Rob Pion (service manager) what was/no covered. He told me things like tires, brakes and battery were not covered and that all I would have to pay for the next two years was gas. Now I need an air filter and cabin air filter changed for a mere just over $123.00!! Are they telling me that an air filter is NOT part of scheduled maintenance? According to my owners manual it is listed under scheduled maintenance at my mileage. Why don't they call it what it is...FREE TWO YEAR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. Fool me once, shame on you.....fool me twice, shame on me. There will be no shame on me as I will NEVER enter that establishment again. More

I stopped in to look at a new Enclave. I really didn't expect to buy one that day. I sat down with Carl and explained what I was looking for. He didn't have one in stock, so he went online to search other dealers. He found the exact one I was looking for in CT. We talked about pricing and the trade-in of my 12 year old Caddy. I must admit, He and Matt were very fair with the rebates and the price I got for my trade. I closed the deal right then and there! I have bought a lot of cars in my 40 years of driving. I was never treated as well as I did at Bob Pion Buick GMC. More

Highly recommended !! I purchased a GMC with help from Tom Pion and Rob Pion. Tom worked with me for weeks until we found exactly the vehicle I was looking for.. I did a lot a research coming in and know Tom Pion and Rob Pion. Tom worked with me for weeks until we found exactly the vehicle I was looking for.. I did a lot a research coming in and know they gave me an extremely competitive rate and price for the car. I live in Boston and came to these guys out of reputation and would make the trip back out in a heartbeat (despite the fact there are several dealerships on between!!) if I find myself in the market for another vehicle. From the top on down the folks at Bob Pion were professional and never once gave me the hard sell on a car I was uncomfortable buying. I couldn't give Bob Pion GMC any higher a recommendation! More
I have never had a better buying experience! I walked in not knowing what to expect but I was blown away. Its a family run shop and it makes a great atmosphere. Sterling was friendly and very informative, Tom helped get me an unbelievable financing package, and rob had my car ready to go as soon as I finished my paperwork. This is why i would recommend anyone to this dealership. I live 2.5 hours away and wouldn't think for a second about buying a car from a different dealership. I sent my best friend out there to look at a car and he bought one as well. I cannot say enough good things about Pion auto, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. We experienced many things dealing with this dealership. In the beginning the communication between their salesperson and me was great. When we arrived to finalize the deal with our trade, there were severa In the beginning the communication between their salesperson and me was great. When we arrived to finalize the deal with our trade, there were several issues with the vehicle we were going to buy. We agreed on the parts replacements and repairs and signed all the paperwork with the deal to be finished the following week- the truck we bought needed to be registered in CT and I had to meet their driver at the Enfield DMV. Here's where things started to go wrong. The parts and work that needed to be completed were not done at the time of delivery and our sales person failed to communicate that with me before delivery. As you can guess, I was shocked and not very happy about this. After a call to the sales manager and a little back and forth with him and our salesperson, matters were resolved, but I would be taking the vehicle home only to have to return once the parts came in. So, after about a 1/2 hour or so of dealing with this, their driver put our plates on the truck and gave me the keys and paperwork. Going through the paperwork before I left, I noticed a few key docs were not included in the package- the parts order list and the signed agreement highlighting the repairs agreed upon. To add insult to injury, once I was ready to take our truck home the truck was given to me with nearly an empty tank of gas. So here I am pissed off, tired after a long day of work and dealing with this DMV transaction and the frustration of not getting what I thought I would be getting, and now I had to put $100 into the freaking gas tank!!! Fast forward to three weeks later and several calls and emails between the salesperson and me and the sales manager and then Tom Pion, the parts were ready to be replaced. Long story short, our salesperson was let go and Tom handled our repairs and all was fixed to our satisfaction and the gas tank was filled before the truck was returned to us. In the end, we did get a great truck at a fair price even though communication broke down at times and our salesperson we no longer working there. It was a hassle of sorts, but it did all work out. Would I ever go through this again? NO! Am I glad it's all over? YES! I'm just not sure if I would recommend any friends or family to visit the dealership in the near future. Hopefully most of the fault of what broke down our experience was caused by our salesperson. If not, there are more issues at play here. More
