Buying a car was an overwhelming feeling that I put off until I stopped into Bob Pion’s! I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle from Bob Pion Used Cars, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Here's why I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my vehicle from Bob Pion Used Cars, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Here's why I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy: Deceptive Advertising: The car I saw online looked pristine, but when I arrived at the dealership, it was a completely different story. The photos must have been taken during the Mesozoic era because the car on the lot was a rusty, dented mess. Unhelpful Staff: The salesperson who "helped" me seemed more interested in their phone than actually assisting me. When I asked about the car's history, they mumbled something about it being "clean" but couldn't provide any concrete details. It felt like they were trying to rush me into a sale without addressing my concerns. Hidden Fees Galore: Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, I was hit with a barrage of hidden fees at the last minute. There were charges for everything from "vehicle preparation" to "documentation," and they conveniently forgot to mention any of this beforehand. It felt like highway robbery. Shoddy Repairs: To add insult to injury, the car started having problems as soon as I drove it off the lot. Turns out, Bob Pion Used Cars' idea of "inspection and maintenance" is just a quick spray of air freshener and a pat on the back. I had to spend a small fortune at a reputable mechanic just to make the car roadworthy. Nonexistent Customer Service: When I tried to reach out to the dealership to address these issues, I was met with radio silence. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and it felt like they had washed their hands of me as soon as they got my money. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and steer clear of Bob Pion Used Cars. Their shady practices, unprofessional staff, and subpar vehicles make them a prime example of everything that's wrong with the used car industry. Trust me, you're better off walking than giving them a single cent of your hard-earned money. More

I needed to purchase a new Truck under an end of year time constraint. The sales team was excellent in helping make that happen. The end of 2020 was extremely difficult to find the truck I wanted and t time constraint. The sales team was excellent in helping make that happen. Dealing with the sales staff and finance staff was a pleasure and continues to be a pleasure. The professionalism of the finance staff was amazing and made the entire experience enjoyable. I paid $118 to be told "battery vibrating and bouncing may cause battery to die prematurely." I can provide written proof of this. Car still not fixed. They will not help resolve issue. I had an appointment set up and was greeted by my sales man Sterling. He seamed nice but he told me that the AT4 he had was $54,000. I test drove it and when we got back to the dealer he went inside as I was looking over the truck and he came out say he was sorry that he didn’t realise that the truck was a Rocky Ridge AT4 and it was $72,000. He had stated earlier that he was sold cars since the mid 80s and had been at Bob Pion for 15 years. This truck has sat on the lot for a year how did he “not” know that was $72,000 truck. The manager also stated we could put the sales tax on a credit card to lower the monthly payment. Also the quoted me 84 months at 5.6% monthly payments would be $999. I could get 0% for 72 months and the payment would be the same with one year less worth of payments. I just believe they are shady. More
