Although when I scheduled my service, I was told that I could have a loaner for the day, however do to a service the previous day taking longer than expected the loaner was not available. Brian left me a message the night before my service and gave options to include his commitment to have my service complete in 1 1/2 hours; he followed through on that and I was back in my vehicle in plenty of time to meet my other commitments of the day. Bryn was extremely personal and pro, making the experience financing my first car a delight. The lengths Bryn went to in order to ensure I was WELL taken care of were greatly appreciated. I only take my vehicle here because my warranty demands it. My first experience in 2022 included recommended brake work (over) $1500. I declined and confirmed elsewhere it wasn’t necessary. I opted for new wiper blades and received two different brands/styles on the left and right. I understand that’s a small thing but no one told me. I would have bought my own and installed them otherwise. I only figured it out the next time I used them. I decided to return this year because I needed warranty work for the stop/start system. I scheduled for regular maintenance as well (oil change). I was told the diagnostic for my issue my take two days which I agreed to. I received no information by 3pm the second day so I called. I was told they couldn’t resolve the warranty work but they hadn’t even begun the regular maintenance. I know this because my car was still in the lot at that time. They then scrambled to complete the oil change so I could get my car back that night. I was also told because my vehicle is a Land Rover, they are limited as to what they can do. My warranty says I have to take it there because it’s within so many miles of my residence. I wish I would have known that when I bought the warranty from Penkhus. I am reluctant to return for service, buy another vehicle, or recommend Penkhus to anyone else. More
