I bought a brand new Tiguan 2022 and had a great salesman but a terrible experience with the "finance" manager who insisted I had to get extra insurance because VW's coverage and warranty are inadequate for but a terrible experience with the "finance" manager who insisted I had to get extra insurance because VW's coverage and warranty are inadequate for the failures of the car (brand new, mind you). Tadd Wells e-mailed for me to contact him after a not stellar review: I called twice and left messages; no response. I find this unacceptable and unfortunate for a dealership that sells great cars, even when they bad-mouth them... More

This was the fastest financial transaction I’ve ever done. Usually the time in the finance office is an hour or sometimes more. I was in there for less than 1/2 hr.
