I have had nothing but awful service with them for the last two years. I could write a novel of all the terrible experiences. There is always a complete lack of knowledge by the service advisors who I alw last two years. I could write a novel of all the terrible experiences. There is always a complete lack of knowledge by the service advisors who I always happen to get is unreal. I am always quoted a time when my vehicle will be ready and it always turns out to be hours longer. I have to constantly remind them to check for recalls and this time I did a couple of times and was told that there was not one and that my car was really to be picked up. I go to pick it up and then tell me there actually is one and they need to do a computer update and I end up waiting an hour. This was 3 hours after they said my car was ready. My husband has had nothing but issues with the service department at the other Bob Penkhus also. I literally traded my car in so the I don’t have to deal with their service depart anymore. I don’t think I could handle another 5 years of poor service. I had an extended service plan with them but I canceled that as well. We used to have great service and only bought from them but now I will urge everyone to find a place that has better customer service than this place. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. More

New to Colorado. 1st impression… Danielle is patient & excellent at providing accurate answers. I asked +/- 20 questions. She answered them all. If she did not have the answer, she put me on hold to find the answer. My impression is that she was honest, and that I can depend on the information she provides. My impression of this dealership is excellent. I feel confident, knowing that my car was serviced professionally & feel secure driving around. They changed the batteries in both of my fobs. I’m a very happy customer and recommend them. More
