Great place and Brian is friendly and courteous. I gave a 4 star bc I specifically stated shock absorber needs replacing for the trunk. The customer service provided by Danielle is the gold standard that all auto dealerships’ service managers should strive to achieve! Danielle went above and beyond by taking the initiative to ask me if standard that all auto dealerships’ service managers should strive to achieve! Danielle went above and beyond by taking the initiative to ask me if I had an extended warranty, and then by taking the time to research and confirm I in fact did have an extended warranty. Her efforts save me well over $800 of out of pocket costs. In the end I paid $0 for for the diagnostics and the actual removal and replacement of the O2 sensor. I hope Danielle receives the recognition, financial compensation, and progression within the company that she deserves. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a couple people from the service department. Everyone was extremely helpful, they explained the process, and what to expect. Just moved here from out of state and needed my 30,000 service done. I’ve only have my car serviced at Mitsubishi dealers so of course when I looked it up, this one was close to my house. My first impress service done. I’ve only have my car serviced at Mitsubishi dealers so of course when I looked it up, this one was close to my house. My first impression was okay, it seemed like since they are remodeling and doing it at VW it was unorganized and I felt a little skeptical leaving my car there but I decided to do it anyway because I needed the service done and didn’t know where another location was. They did my service, I picked up my car and ever since then it smells like grease in my car when my vents are blowing. I called and they had me bring my car back, they had it again for a day. They said they just needed to clean up because stuff must have spilled when they did my service. They said it was clean, well it still smells so bad. I’m so annoyed because my car didn’t smell at all before. I can’t keep taking my car there to be dropped off for an entire day. Now I just have to push the button to circulate air in the car instead of bringing air in from the outside. I’m unsure if I even want to call again to have them try to clean it or figure out why it smells so bad because again I can’t just keep dropping my car off for a whole day and arrange rides around. I’m super annoyed about it. I won’t take my car here for future services. More
