I've had two positive experiences with Chris at the service department. The nature of taking your car to a shop is always risking mechanics overlooking or neglecting things, but there's a lot of comfor service department. You're of course paying more for service at a dealership by default, but I never felt taken advantage of and have had several impromptu repairs done over the past year done at close to cost.
