Updated: After buying our vehicles they forgot to get copies of our pay stubs and proceeded to call us everyday for 3 days so they could receive them. After emailing the pay stubs Lance proceeded to call copies of our pay stubs and proceeded to call us everyday for 3 days so they could receive them. After emailing the pay stubs Lance proceeded to call my wife asking her for them. The next night after purchase, a rock chipped the windshield and we tried to contact the appropriate people but it everything was closed. By the morning the chip turned into a larger crack due to temperature drop. I was told they would take care of it so we made an appointment and showed up for said appointment. They then told us there was nothing they can do and sent us away. Buying process was very drawn out, we got there at 12pm and left at 8pm. They brought us sky high prices and we had to haggle all day to get to where we wanted to with payments. We'll try somewhere else next time. More
