The only reason why this isn’t five stars is because you guys don’t do service on the weekends, so I had to take a vacation day off work just to get my car serviced, which is SUUUPPER inconvenient and just guys don’t do service on the weekends, so I had to take a vacation day off work just to get my car serviced, which is SUUUPPER inconvenient and just really really sucks. The actual service was done well though and the staff was professional, polite, and friendly. Facility was clean and comfortable. I’d hate to leave a bad review due to the scheduling issue and negatively affect the employees who have no control over that. But seriously, do service on Saturdays. If I didn’t have to get a recall fixed, which required an actual Mazda dealer, I’d never have given you guys my business. More
