I will start by saying I hate buying used cars. Or at least that used to be my sentiment. I really must say that I was very impressed with how little “selling” JR did at me, and how genuinely up-front and honest he felt. Anything he didn’t know, he went and checked and I knew exactly what I was getting into. When it was time to sign on the dotted lines, I saw the terms that were agreed upon and Meg made this, seriously, the fastest financing experience I’ve ever had. She knew her stuff, front, back, and sideways. Both Meg and JR were a true pleasure to work with. I would definitely go back to see them again! More
I have had a lot of issues getting my vehicle serviced. First I had an appointment for a new key to be programmed so I came in and after about 90 minutes they told me it was the wrong key and had to be or First I had an appointment for a new key to be programmed so I came in and after about 90 minutes they told me it was the wrong key and had to be ordered and it would be a week. No word after a week, I called back multiple times and could not get an answer until a month later I got through and they got me scheduled. They let me know the employee I had been dealing with had been an issue and was no longer employed there. I finally got in after 1.5 months and Lori took care of me and she was awesome, no complaints about her or what she did for me. I had my back up key so I felt much better, however I didn’t realize until I was home (over 20 miles from the dealer) that the “service key” alert was still on my dashboard and I had a weird clicking under my hood that I had never had before. Losing hope… having to return to the dealer & take more time off work to get this done. More

I come from out of town for car service. I worked with Chris and he was helpful. I have used a courtesy car before, but this was the first time I was expected to gas it up upon return. I returned the car within the original timeframe from the service department. I ended up staying in the dealership waiting another 1.5 hours as the tech didn’t rotate my tires and then my car became “stuck” due to a delivery. Chris was accommodating and made sure I left sardines despite the unexpected delays in the service area. More
The dealership was amazing and worked with me really well to reach my goal for a monthly payment.
