Shady Finance Department I took my 83 year old mother in to buy a Subaru she had found. Salesman was great! But the finance officer was not. He tried to lie to me and sell I took my 83 year old mother in to buy a Subaru she had found. Salesman was great! But the finance officer was not. He tried to lie to me and sell us warranties That she did not want to buy. He told us that he could not sell the car without them. I called bull#*@% ! (my sister works in finance at a dealership in CA) After about 2 hours of me getting ready to walk out the door, they finally came down to our terms and she bought the car. Shame on you! In the end she is very happy with her car. More
I have to take back the review that I left yesterday. Jeff, from the dealership just called and explained that since their location just works on Mazda’s normally the service manager didn’t realize that Jeff, from the dealership just called and explained that since their location just works on Mazda’s normally the service manager didn’t realize that the catalytic converter was covered under an extended warranty. He told me to call the Motor City location and they would fix it under the warranty. I can’t say how thankful I am and this has definitely changed my opinion about them. I’m sorry I posted when I was so upset. More

Issue with radio after changing battery After changing the battery I had to visit the dealership to have them figure out why the radio screen would not come back up. They tried to retrieve t After changing the battery I had to visit the dealership to have them figure out why the radio screen would not come back up. They tried to retrieve the radio and could not. They then had to hook it up to a computer and completely reset the radio to get it to work again. More

very thorough I continue to be impressed by the thoroughness and customer rapport exhibited by the service department, and in particular, Jessica Tovar. The car is ready when promised and the work is video documented and reviewed by the technician which i think is fantastic! Easy to get appointments and comfortable waiting area. My only suggestion would be to allow customers to buy packets of oil changes like Toyota. Their deal is three for $75.. I would definitely take advantage of an offer like this even if the price were slightly higher. Many Kudos to Jessica for her friendliness and concern for my time. Thank you . More
