Great people and experience We came in on a rainy afternoon late in the sales day and were helped by Norris Evans. He was very nice and professional and answered all our questions. After locating the vehicle we wanted and driving it we began to put a deal together. I was getting saddled in for the upcoming long typical negotiations that take place at most dealers. But I was pleasantly surprised when we came to an agreement on price within a very short period of time. The manager Craig Chancellor was upfront and forthright and is a no BS type of guy who I found to be a straight shooter. In finance we dealt with Joni Chancellor who was super sweet and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Overall from sales, to management, to finance I found this dealership to be above par and this was best new car buying experience I have ever encountered. This purchase was our 2nd new VW in two months and we liked it so much that we plan on bringing both our new VW's back to Edmond VW for oil changes and all maintenance.
