The best thing about Norris was that he let US decide the vehicle we wanted and did not push others. He sat back, let us evaluate and experience the vehicles. He was the perfect amount of helpful while still remaining withdrawn. Not once did I feel that the vultures had descended upon us, as I usually feel on a car dealership lot. The business office was slightly less pleasant. We had wanted to put down a significant amount on the vehicle, but he insisted that we should not. However, I understand that this is how car dealerships do make their money so, I am not that upset by it. Overall, again, the least stressful car buying experience we have had. More
