Poor quality of service plus unskilled technician After the multi-point inspections, my car was dignosticed with the issue that my brake vacuum pump was leaking oil. And then I was shocked by the quote of $740 to fix it. I did another check with Firestone one day later and was told that there is no issues at all in my brake vacuum pump but only slightly loose screws. I couldn’t believe them at first and asked their manager to check it again and still came up with the same conclusion. And now I start to question the competence of Volkswagen’s service people and wonder what they have done with my car. In addition, they promised that they will offer complimentary car wash but my car never gets any cleaner after the service, comparing with four years ago which they used to offer excellent service. Very unsatisfied with their service offered nowadays. More

Add the VW settlement warranty (another 60k miles on emissions/fuel system etc) along with the fuel economy, longevity of the diesel, and awesome driveability, and these cars are all flying off the lots. Zack was a great salesman to work with...friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to buy from.
