Time to sell the Passat. 2015 Passat Limitd. Took the car in for an air bag recall and also requested an oil change. I had an emai special for a $69 oil change but when I pick 2015 Passat Limitd. Took the car in for an air bag recall and also requested an oil change. I had an emai special for a $69 oil change but when I picked the car up the bill was $85. I was told that deal didn’t apply to my Passat. Great. Tired of the high cost of VW ownship, I sold the car next day. Oh and since ‘Diesel-gate resale on ALL VW’s has been terrible. Done with Volkswagens. More

The only reason I am giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is because there was a misunderstanding on what needed to be fixed after the quote was given. A key was ordered and programmed for the vehicle that I didn't state I needed after the quote. I went ahead and purchased the key considering it was going to be something we needed in the near future. No big deal. I will definitely bring the Jetta back to be worked on in the future. More
