Not So Great We found the car we were interested in through my employer's discount program (perkspot). Bridgette reached out to me and we made a deal over the phon We found the car we were interested in through my employer's discount program (perkspot). Bridgette reached out to me and we made a deal over the phone with my pre approval from my bank. The car was listed at $26,568 and we offered them $26,000 with my $500 Perkspot discount and TT&L. We talked to the sales manager Cody and agreed on the deal without TT&L, discussed bank approval, bank contact, having the finance information ready, and drove an hour and a half to pick up the car after work. We got there to find the car had hail damage that was not disclosed to us during the several calls we had between us. Therefore we discussed options. Cody said he forgot to mentioned the damage because he had a busy day and apologized but refused to come down any more on the price. Needless to say this was a disappointment, inconvenience and a “bate and switch practice “ However, he promised in writing to have the car repaired in Tulsa so we wouldn't put more miles on the vehicle. Now five days later we had to call them and remind them about the issue only for them to call us back to say it HAS to be fixed in OKC. Needless to say I am concerned about the questionable practises going on. Not telling someone about the hail damage before driving so far was a real let down plus them not trying to make it right is very disappointing.
