Horrible experience. I bought my car from Volkswagen of Edmond, with the agreement that my vehicle would have some work done on it. The dealership had my car for a week to I bought my car from Volkswagen of Edmond, with the agreement that my vehicle would have some work done on it. The dealership had my car for a week to fix a few minor issues, and when I got it back, the work wasn't completed. So I brought it back. Again, the work wasn't done satisfactorily. And they left my car outside, with the driver window down, with the key inside. When I asked how this could have happened, the service person told me he must have left the key in when he was distracted by someone else. It took 3 times to get my minor issues repaired, and my car was left for anyone to walk off with. I will not get any more work done with Volkswagen of Edmond, and will make sure to tell my friends and family to avoid them at all costs. More

He lied about every date that things would be ready during the buying process. He also would not return texts or phone calls, and many times informed me that he would get back to me later in the day, only to leave me in the dark. Once I started dealing with Craig more, things because a little better, but he changed the dealerships initial offer on my trade in, and did not produce the car that he and I had both agreed on beforehand. Classic bait and switch. I will never shop at Volkswagen of Edmond again, and will be sure to inform my friends and family of how terrible this dealership experience was. The only decent personal experience I had was with Scott, who was the only person that knew what they were doing. More

Service and Maintenance suck. Brought my vehicle in for an inspections to find out what it needed.
