Service may not be the best name for this department The service department did resolve my issue and answer the questions. However, the service I received around the issue was not as advertised. I was offered a ride to and from my work while my car was serviced. They had to use my car to take me to work and then no one was able to come pick me up. I had to take an Uber back at my own expense. I understand they are moving and there are challenges, however, they shouldn’t offer a service they can’t provide. More

Salesperson was awesome It was a good experience, except that if I buy another Volkswagen I will go to a dealership that will honor my discount program at work the Volkswagen It was a good experience, except that if I buy another Volkswagen I will go to a dealership that will honor my discount program at work the Volkswagen partner discount program that allows you to use your discount along with the discounts and incentives that it says on my discount. Gm follows through on this program and lets you use them on top of the discount the dealership has already. Also Dallas dealerships also said that they would also, so not sure why this dealership wouldn't. More
