This dealership had no loaners which meant we had to leave after driving over an hour to get the. They opened a repair order and said we could drop the car off a few days later, but called back and postponed it. It’s been three weeks and no contact has been made by the service department to accommodate our request. Looking for another dealership to do business with. what a shame!!’ More

Ok. Still waiting for repair of damage The new place isn't ready for customers so we had to wait in a trailer which isn't a big issue. The biggest problem is that my car got damaged during service. I was assured I would get a call from them on Monday to schedule the repair. Nothing on Monday. I called on Tuesday. Come Wednesday and still no word. I shouldn't have to hunt VW down to have them repair their own mistake. More
