They opened a repair order and said we could drop the car off a few days later, but called back and postponed it. Ok. Still waiting for repair of damage The new place isn't ready for customers so we had to wait in a trailer which isn't a big issue. Come Wednesday and still no word. I shouldn't have to hunt VW down to have them repair their own mistake. More
