Great service, minor flaw. My overall service was great with one minor set back that I didn't make a huge deal because my service advisor handled it very well. I asked not to have a "complimentary wash" because my vehicle has a ceramic coat and wish to maintain that on my own. Once getting my vehicle back I noticed it was washed and I was not happy at all. After talking to the service advisor and he gave me a detailed explanation as to how they did wash it and urged to "make it right" I then told him not to worry I will be back especially since he handled the situation well. Great experience. Norris Evans greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome. He identified and guided us to the perfect vehicle for us. Finally, Norris was very thorough in showing us around the car inside and out..... showing how the seats, mirrors and all the goodies in the cockpit works. In fact, I'm returning to see Norris about purchasing a Beetle convertible this afternoon. More

In the course of buying my 2019 VW Tiguan SEl, he went to great extremes to explain the ins and outs of the vehicle, particularly the electronics system. He even volunteered to come to my home and program the Homelink garage door opener. It was determined later that the Homelink problem was due to a defective part installed at the factory which was replaced post haste.. In the course of our purchase, all the employees that we came in contact with were very helpful - Zack, Mr. Chancellor, Mr. Tribbey and the service department personnel. I would certainly recommend this dealership to friends and others. More
