Rude, disrespectful, xxxxx- AVOID Matt was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been to over 10 dealerships over the last 2 weeks shopping for a new car and he was by far the most Matt was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been to over 10 dealerships over the last 2 weeks shopping for a new car and he was by far the most outright disrespectful man I have ever dealt with in the business. He nearly yelled at me to purchase additional insurance packages that I already have coverage for through geico. He’s a poor sales man with a terrible temper— honestly seems like he has the temperament of a two year old. I would caution everyone to avoid him at all costs. He is rude, disrespectful, and not well versed in anything related to finance. All he wants to do is sell you a bunch of stuff you probably don’t need and if you try to respectfully decline he will literally bully you and yell at you. We will be reporting him to the better business bureau. More

I knew up front I wasn’t going to add in any special insurances or any coverages but I patiently listened. It was all good until I said no thank you to each option. Then it was silence and our conversation turned very uncomfortable. It felt so great having just purchased a car then hit rock bottom feeling like crap after I left finance. Ken and his manager, Cody, made my purchase as smooth as possible. I also received a fair trade on my vehicle without having to haggle. I was given the purchase numbers in writing and when I completed the paperwork, the numbers stayed on point as promised. I will continue to do business with this dealership.
