Coolant fluid Car was a initially serviced yesterday, July 18 at which time coolant was flushed. Returned following morning, July 19 as a/c stopped working yesterday evening finding coolant hoses came loose loosing all coolant fluid. Thankfully Mr Shuler had repairs made and I was able to drive my car home within aample time. More

Not fixed I already provided this all in the email survey; however, here is what happened: -car went in on a Saturday with expectations from your center tha I already provided this all in the email survey; however, here is what happened: -car went in on a Saturday with expectations from your center that I would have it back by end of day Monday or at the latest Tuesday. -no one called monday -I called Tuesday and was told they didn't search it well enough during the 3 hours check in review that bolts were needed. -additional parts had to be ordered and Thursday was a holiday. Expectations from service was it'll be fixed Friday. -I called Friday. The wrong part(and the most expensive part) was ordered, now not fixed until Saturday or Monday at the latest -finally your service dpt called me saying not ready until another day or two. -got car back Wednesday (ty for allowing me to get it 5 minutes after closing) - car still not fixed. -called twice -finally called and asked her to leave a message for my service guy. -was promised it would be looked at Saturday -came by Saturday and had to leave it. -no loaner was offered, why not?? More
