I decided to take my Atlas into my hometown dealership in Ann Arbor, MI, being that I am back in my home state helping my 80 year old grandmother and my aunt who is battling breast cancer. There are 5 active recalls on my Atlas dating back over a year ago, even though VW if Edmond/Allen Samuels has had their hands on my Atlas twice in the past two months. I will contacting the North American headquarters of VW to personally tell them about my experience with the service department at VW of Edmond/Allen Samuels. Funny thing, VW of North America is literally a half hour from me. I’m thinking I would rather drive there and tell them face to face how I had to bring my Atlas to a dealership in Michigan to get anything taken care of. I’m sure they would also love to hear about how my Oklahoma dealership bills them for work they have not completed. The dealership in Ann Arbor is pretty disgusted with how they have treated my Atlas as well. I’m writing this to let Robert the Service Manager, as well as the GM and owner, to expect an inquiry from corporate soon because something is NOT ABOVE BOARD IN THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Someone who does work on vehicles is NOT DOING THE WORK OR NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR INCOMPETENCE. This service department gives VW a bad name. More

Poor service I am not sure if this place is under new management or what but I am very disappointed in the service I had from the facility. In the past I would get I am not sure if this place is under new management or what but I am very disappointed in the service I had from the facility. In the past I would get a car wash with and oil change for $60.00 but this time I just got an oil change for $70.00 and a laundry list of upgrades they wanted to do that totaled at $700.00. I have always had a good experience but this time I felt hassled and cheated. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to this dealership for service. More
