I typically dread going to a dealer but my experience with Volkswagen was very pleasant. Shopping for a car is a big investment, and not something that I want to feel rushed into. Norris was a great sales agent. He was friendly, informative, and gave me the information I needed to make a decision without making me feel rushed or pressured. I visited the lot multiple times and went on three test drives before making a purchase - I never felt like I was obligated to buy or wasting his time. Norris answered nearly every question I had (and there were a lot!), but I especially appreciated that he was willing to tell me that he didn't know some of the answers rather than making something up. When he didn't know something, he always found out by asking others - I appreciate the honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to get the information that was important to me. Not only did Norris reach out for additional information, he was willing to help me get the exact car I wanted even though it wasn't on the lot and was always prompt in answering or responding when I messaged or called. I also dread talking with the finance department. It seems that they have one purpose - to get as much of your money as possible. I probably walked into Matt's office with a chip on my shoulder, ready to defend my wallet. Matt began crunching through the numbers and providing options on warranties and other services. As we talked, I realized that Matt was actually doing his best to highlight the best and most reasonable services and resources that would help keep me happy with my Volkswagen purchase. The prices and options were very reasonable and he was able to show me the potential costs savings I could expect over time. Matt was friendly and did not try to push me into any purchases. We identified those that best met my needs and went through the paperwork. I went in with a chip on my shoulder, but came out with a smile and what I believe is a great protection plan.
