Chaotic I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. When i got there, they said they were unable to do anything tire related I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. When i got there, they said they were unable to do anything tire related because they were having to do some sort of flooring repair on their new building. It was just sort of a 'sorry charlie' type deal. If I'm going to have to come back to have the service done separately, give me a coupon or something for when I come in next since I'm having to bring it back yet again. That would have made it a little more palatable. As it is, I drove it down to the other VW dealer in town and they squeezed me in. I told them what had happened at Adams, and the service advisor gave me a 20% off coupon for the next time I bring it in. That's how you run a service department. That being said, the lady that helped me at Samuel's was nice. The scene was rather chaotic with papers everywhere, she couldn't find my keys for a bit, and, well, it just wasn't as polished as other dealers I've been to. Maybe it's just because they are pretty new. More

They were nice and very helpful I’ve been having problems with my car for two months and I was taking my car to Volkswagen on 39 expressway and they kept telling me it wasn’t anythin I’ve been having problems with my car for two months and I was taking my car to Volkswagen on 39 expressway and they kept telling me it wasn’t anything wrong with my car but my car kept cutting off on me so I decided to go to another dealership and come find out it was the spark plugs needed to be changed out, so I’m so grateful to have my car working great again.
