The repair took 7 weeks and I had a courtesy vehicle for the last 5 weeks of that. When it came time to get my car back it was running great, full tank of gas, spotless and 90% of the cost was covered by VW. The end satisfied the process. More

Service to replace visor clip Service was fine. Nothing outstanding but nothing detrimental either. Visor clip was replaced with a stronger one and covered by the warranty. Apparen Service was fine. Find someplace else! They had my car for 2 months. I got it back whatever they did it screwed up my heater. The main issue that i have with this service department is that the first time I tried to order the part they forgot to order the part. I waited 3 weeks and they never called. I call them and asked them about the part and they ordered it for me but they never call me to let me know it had arrived. I waited another 3 weeks and i called them again to find out that the part had arrived a little while ago. The people at the service department is extremely polite and they really want to help you. They just need to do a little better on communication with the costumers More
