Ok to good but room for improvement I am a bit upset that my paperwork states complementary car wash and the car was not washed, don’t put it on the paperwork if it was not done! If it was done then of course state it and that is a nice perk! Personnel was friendly and accommodating, that was great. Making the appointment per phone had me on hold to talk to the service department for 10 minutes, someone at the service department said hold and never got me off...that is not a good or excellent by any means, I hung up and called again and that was much better! So I had a Mini before and that was excellent service, at Jacki Cooper, at your previous location the Service was better than what it is now but you guys could be doing at lot worse. It probably would be nice if after about 3 or 4 hours you sent out a quick text on what the status of things is, it gives us customers the warm and fuzzy when you keep us looped in! Now the important part, you got my car fixed up, so thank you! Over all a 3.5 to 4 stars! More

First Volkswagen I’ve ever owned ... will never buy another one !! Piece of trim came off only after 3 months ..$800 and want me to pay!!! That doesn’t even include labor!!
