No followup My visit went ok but required follow-up. Juston promised to call me the next day to schedule a follow-up appointment but never did. Each time he didn’t have the info but promised to call me back. 3 days later he still hasn’t called. Very aggravating. Juston seemed conscientious when I was in the shop but the failure to call back after I left and after promising to do so multiple times seems out of character. More

They fixed me up! The ATLAS branding on the tailgate of my 3-week old VW came lose so I had to bring it in to be replaced. They repaired it just fine. I was surprised I couldn’t get a loaner for the half-day repair. (My wife has a certified used Acura and she gets a loaner every time from the Acura dealership.) I did,however, get a ride to work; the driver was very nice, but the 4x4 Dodge Ram shuttle vehicle was interesting. The lady in the back seat could barely climb into that beast of a truck. I was surprised we didn’t shuttle in a VW. Justin personally dropped my car off at the office when they were done, which was great. More

Service people nice but Volkswagen sucks Had car 3 months . Piece of trim around headlight came off and they wouldn’t fix it under warranty. Even purchased extra warranty. Poor Service Experience Terrible service experience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Stated it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Came back in two hours and they hadn’t even started. Took over 4 and a half hours. Once I pick up tummy car, the car was poorly washed and they did not reset the TPS. Last time I will use them for service. More
