Appointment was FORGOTTEN. The first time I brought my VW to the service center, they had it for 2 weeks and did not call to give me an update once. I CALLED THEM 3 times to ge The first time I brought my VW to the service center, they had it for 2 weeks and did not call to give me an update once. I CALLED THEM 3 times to get updates and was left with promises of a returned call to update me...never happened. The second time I came to this service center, I made an appointment at a time that allowed me to leave my car with them and go to ANOTHER appointment, then come grab my car. I returned to the service center to pick my car up and was told, "they forgot about your car." The appointment (oil change and tire rotation) I was told would take 35-40 mins. An hour later I went to see where they were in the process and was told, "it's heading in to wash right now." 15 minutes later I was told, "it's coming out of wash, it'll be right around." Another 10 minutes later I was told, "they're about halfway done!" That's when I said, "they don't even need to finish it. Just bring it around please." Dropped my car off at 12:30 for a 1 o'clock appointment....didn't leave until after 4. More
