Dont buy from out of state. Poor out of area service. I came in from little rock to pick up a car they had in stock. drove 5 hours to pick it up and was assured it would be r Poor out of area service. I came in from little rock to pick up a car they had in stock. drove 5 hours to pick it up and was assured it would be ready and could take it home quickly.. their Certified pre-owned inspection was off poor quality. missed a water leak in the trunk that i noticed with a quick inspection. they put some used parts on from another car they had on the lot and assured me they would get me new parts if this didn't fix it and that they would fix the issue. well they didn't. I was also assured that there was new tires on the car and that all certified used cars get new tires... well that was a lie... i got the car home and was told that these were likely the original 30k mile tires, and that they were already cupping and would be needed to replace within a year. additionally, i found the passenger door panel was removed at some point and not reinstalled properly. when i relayed this information to the salesman he told me pretty much tough luck on all but the leaking trunk... well after a few months of him ignoring me i was informed that he had been fired and to call the dealer to get my parts... it has been almost a year now and the service manager cant answer a phone call or return a voicemail... i had my car assessed by a local dealer and did all the leg work on my repairs, all they needed to do was to agree to pay the invoice.. i got over not getting new tires from them, but they cant even fix the small issues they promised to initially. Long story short, if you are local and can go into the dealership to follow up you might be alright. if you are out of state don't bother... they will ignore you and think nothing of it. i love my car but the dealer experience has been awful... especially in comparison to my local dealer who has been fantastic in helping relay this information to a BAD dealer. More

Rear Hatch Repair The rear hatch on my new 19 Atlas got a ding on it during a previous repair (replacing a logo strip that was defective.) They took complete responsib The rear hatch on my new 19 Atlas got a ding on it during a previous repair (replacing a logo strip that was defective.) They took complete responsibility for the issue and scheduled in for the repair. The only cost to me was my time. Still no loaner — which is frustrating due to the overall inconvenience this caused— but they took me to work and brought me my car at the end of the day, which was nice. Very friendly and accommodating service team. The ding repair was great too. No car wash this time, however. Probably just an oversight since the car was at a third party shop for the ding repair. More
