poor Diagnostic Paid over 450.00 to bring the car back in same condition... Diagnostic fee is 125.00. Changed parts but did not fix the issue. Now we will open up the engine and it will cost $4K. No thank you...I took the vehicle to a dealership (experts) I expected a firm diagnostic and true estimate of the repair. Not a guess work. Didn’t Get What We Agreed To We had a great buying experience at Allen Samuels. We came to an agreement on a sales price, any additional upgrades, and TT&L as part of the final sa We had a great buying experience at Allen Samuels. We came to an agreement on a sales price, any additional upgrades, and TT&L as part of the final sales price. However, When we received our TT&L check from the dealer, it was $341 less than the actual cost of the TT&L. This is my only complaint. Obviously it would’ve been nice to have them reciprocate their end of the deal after we did. I would recommend to anyone making a purchase there in the future to make sure they’re persistent in having Allen Samuels hold to their end of the deal. More

My first iffy incident was when I came in around May due to my air conditioner not working & for a routine oil change.You all charged me to drained the fluids out of my air conditioner to test it to see what was wrong. You informed me a day later that you needed to fixed a gasket on my air conditioner and the air should run fine. I called later that evening before the service department closed and I was told my car was not ready would be the next day. I came in the following day to pick up my car and I was told that the fixed what was wrong but the other side blew out because of re pressure that happened when they put my fluids back in. You all held my car for almost two days and when I came to pick my car up you told me the total cost was $500. My the hood of my trunk had a oil looking coating on it that was not there before I dropped my car off. I left very angry because I felt taken advantage of. My next incident was a couple of months ago I came in to have my battery tested and if it was bad I would have it replaced. I asked for my battery to be tested before I agreed to a new. I sent a text to the automated number while I waited in the service lobby and no one addressed it or respond. A young lady brought my paperwork and let me know my car was ready. I asked her if the tested my battery and they stated they didn’t know. She asked the mechanics and they couldn’t give her an answer apparently. I slept well over $174 for a battery and my could have very well been okay. I even explained to them that my was battery seemed to have a connection issue it was unplugged for a couple of days and may have needed to be tightened. But yet no one tested my battery. My next incident that sent me over the top with this service department was 12/21/2019. I brought my car in for a micro switch recall as well as a routine oil change & tire rotation. While waiting for my car I inquired about a warranty due to not having one and information on trade ins. I spoke with the finance director for a while, I wrapped up the conversation and told him very specifically that I was not interested right at this moment and would follow up. He follows me out of his office walks around a bit. He comes back to me and asks if I want to test drive a new Jetta. I told him no that I was not interested in doing so while I waited. He then blatantly walks over to a salesman in my face tells him to get me to drive the car he pulled up, I told him no as well. Right after that Larry from service comes and tells me that my underbelly pan needs to be replaced and it’s severely damaged. I informed that no one told me that I was severely damaged the last time. They did a mutipoint inspection like they always do when I come in. He stated that they didn’t , they only looked under the hood. I knew my underbelly pan needed to be switched out for a new one per my visit when I had my air conditioner fixed but there WERE NOT CHUNKS MISSING & ALL SCREWS MISSING. If that were the case it would have been hanging and scrapping the ground from the damage that was shown to me. Larry could see I was visibly upset and he had the nerve to open his mouth and say they didn’t drive my car and hit anything!!!!!!! And I let him know that I take care of my care. I am aware of certain things that need to be addressed but the underbelly pan was not damaged. I also randomly have screws and damage to a right fender wheel flap and I just had my tires rotated but decided to have them rotated again to have my best ones in the front. I then get home and cant get my key out of my ignition after having the micro switch replaced. I called Larry and informed him and he told me that my ignition has nothing to do with the micro switch and that is a lie. My key has been stuck every time I have driven my car since I left yesterday. I am pissed off!!!! More
