I had brought my 2019 VW in for its yearly routine maintenance. I was told they found an small oil leak which required a second appointment. When I brought it back in, they kept it for about 7 hours, maintenance. I was told they found an small oil leak which required a second appointment. When I brought it back in, they kept it for about 7 hours, calling me late in the day to state they found no leak! This experience does not give me much confidence in their service mechanics. It was a hassle to find time to bring it in and cost me money for a ride to pick it up. Plus, now I have to wash it because the day it was scheduled it was raining. If I had already not bought a service plan with this dealership, I’d go elsewhere. More

My sales experience was great. We got stranded running out of gas during the test drive. The sales staff, Phil and Norris were very professional and enjoyable. As I declined his offer of extended warranty coverage, his who demeanor changed and there were several moments of tension filled silence. It was very embarrassing for me and my daughter. Overall I was pleased with your facility and I am enjoying my new Atlas. I’m looking forward to dealing with your service department. More

While very convenient I will not be using this dealer again A diagnostic showed my radio needed to be replaced in my vehicle. I received an e-mail asking me to make an appointment online to have the work done A diagnostic showed my radio needed to be replaced in my vehicle. I received an e-mail asking me to make an appointment online to have the work done so I did, dropped my car off at the appointed time, and that evening received a call that my car was 'finished'. Went to pick up the vehicle and not only was the issue I made the appointment for not resolved (and the radio wasn't replaced) but I had to wait for over 20 minutes for my vehicle to be washed (which in the end it wasn't). I was told that appointments made online did not include the level of detail needed to do the appropriate work. If that's the case, how was my car "finished"? Brought the vehicle back a week later and the radio was replaced and worked fine initially. But after about an hour of use I lost sound in all but one speaker. Had to take to a different dealership as I was out of town (and pay an $80 diagnostic fee) only to find out they had not completed the installation of the stereo correctly. Contacted Allen Samuels who wanted several different pieces of proof before they would re-imburse me for an issue that was clearly caused by their incompetence. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had and I will not be frequenting this dealer for either service or a vehicle purchase. More
