I dropped my VW atlas off for service due to the check engine light being on. I had A scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM. I was never contacted again that day. I followed up the next day and was told that I engine light being on. I had A scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM. I was never contacted again that day. I followed up the next day and was told that I would receive a call back by the end of the day. I was never contacted again that day. I followed up the next day and learned that the only thing they have done was put a fuel additive into the fuel tank.It’s a day later in the check engine light is back on again. I am really not looking forward to another round of this service. Last time I was there for an oil change my car was in the shop for over six hours and it came out covered in water spots from the complementary wash. My car was just detailed the day before and look pretty bad when I got it back after the oil change was completed. More

Diagnostic was not timely and prices were disgusting Car arrived for appointment wed. morning for diagnostic, dealership did not get diagnostic completed until Thursday at approx. 4PM (2 Days) meanwhile Car arrived for appointment wed. morning for diagnostic, dealership did not get diagnostic completed until Thursday at approx. 4PM (2 Days) meanwhile we are renting a vehicle. I explained when car was brought in that it had a shake to it, but it still drives. I explained it is a inexpensive vehicle approx. $1500 value that we use as a commuter. I then also notified them if repairs to vehicle were going to be over that price than do not worry about fixing it. I get an estimate and its $8250. pretty ridiculous and insulting for a vehicle that still runs. We will not refer anyone to this business. More
