Our first visit to the dealership was a little confusing (salesperson was terrible), but when we went back, we spoke with Papa and he was AWESOME. Multiple visits Agent I worked with yesterday warmed up but was an initial issue; partly my fault. She asked me a short pointed question upon meeting and I gave an abrupt, slightly negative (perceived as her face changed to the worse) but factual, response. I leased a vehicle last June/July. Needed second key as one was not available at sale. I called a couple times and stopped by twice and waited for an hour each. Never a call back to me letting me know what had happened. Agent yesterday let me know it takes a little over an hour to program a key, so I waited and poof she gave me 2 keys as she found the other one that had been programmed as well after the latest request was already in the hopper. This is our 5th or 6th VW; we likely will not get our next one at this shop. It is possible that something less that average permeates the organization there. More

On March 12, 2020 I hit a deer near Pops Arcadia. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone in the Service Department was awesome. They checked my car and made sure it was safe to continue my able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone in the Service Department was awesome. They checked my car and made sure it was safe to continue my trip to Las Vegas. This situation could've been much worse, and the dealership really took care of me, for which I am thoroughly grateful and satisfied. More
