They did the work fine and we are happy with it, took over a month to get the part in, I had to keep calling everyday to get communication on it, only to be sent to the parts dept voicemail, who would ne over a month to get the part in, I had to keep calling everyday to get communication on it, only to be sent to the parts dept voicemail, who would never call me back. Finally I get a call from someone who told me a manager would call me back within a day, when that didn’t happen either I called and called back and finally got someone in parts only to tell me that that manager quit, he said my part was in and icould scheledue service. So I did, question is how long was my part in before some one noticed? Also when I went to pick up the car I was on a knee scooter, it was all the way at the back of the parking lot, no one brought it up for me, so I had to scoot myself in the wind to my car, all the way to back of the parking lot, also texted in twice to get updates on the vehicle during the repair, no one texted back until it was done, happy with work but customer service could use some way big improvements.
