We bought 2 new VW’s same day 2014 from previous owner. Allen Samuels said their purchase agreement didn’t allow purchase of our file with information of extended warranty/loaner car etc. guess who lost Allen Samuels said their purchase agreement didn’t allow purchase of our file with information of extended warranty/loaner car etc. guess who lost out/more to that story but not enough space here for details. Still went to them for service. Left car last week 9:30 had all day I called at 3:00 because they had not called or tried to contact me. Gave a $2344.95 estimate on 2014 60,000 mile car and said our fault from not doing work last year Charged $135 to diagnose because we didn’t do work with them Never Again. More

I was treated with respect and listened to from the moment I met Tiylon! As a woman buyer, this is so important to me. I was ignored by a salesman at a different dealership, and he spoke only to my hus moment I met Tiylon! As a woman buyer, this is so important to me. I never saw or had the opportunity to speak with a service technician when I brought my 2017 Passat in for my scheduled oil change and inspection. To my surprise when I was notified my car was ready a service technician when I brought my 2017 Passat in for my scheduled oil change and inspection. To my surprise when I was notified my car was ready and went to pay my bill I was charged for replacement of spark plugs. My car is 3 yrs old. The recommended time to change spark plugs is every 4 years. I was never given the opportunity to approve or refuse this additional service to be done. I paid the lady Maigen Jernigan and signed the papers where she told me to and left. The more I thought about the the additional charge being done without my authorization I became angry. I have never had work done on my car without my knowledge and consent prior to the service. That was not right!!! I intend to call corporate and complain. I will not trust this dealership again. More
My sunroof started leaking less than 3 months outside of factory warranty. This is apparently a known issue on these cars, and yet this service center never suggested I have it inspected to make sure it was factory warranty. I'm very irritated go have to pay for this repair when it should have been discovered and repaired while under warranty. Service person said its "not a VW service" though it is a service they offer. Mindblowing. More
