We had an appointment on Thursday morning. They didn’t look at my car. Friday afternoon i called twice, still didn’t know anything. It stayed the weened. Monday I called to make sure they were looking at look at my car. Friday afternoon i called twice, still didn’t know anything. It stayed the weened. Monday I called to make sure they were looking at it. They said they would call before lunch. So I waited and I called back at 1:30pm. They didn’t have an answer. So I called back at 4pm. They laid out several things that could be making it shake. Spark plugs, several flushes, oil change, air filter and tire balance. However, my car does not need an oil change for 2500 more miles. I got brand new tires in July. I was furious that they simply made up items to fix. So in order to get my car back I ordered new spark plugs. I took it to my trusty oil change company. They checked the coolant and said it was clean. They changed my brake fluid and power steering fluid for $30. Instead of $300. I took car back for new spark plugs and it is now shaking worse. The engine light is now flashing. When we stop at lights it shaking violently. I don’t feel comfortable taking it back to the dealership though. However the service advisor was kind. Just felt lied to during the process and our car is still broken. More
