I made an appointment, arrived on time. The service agent that checked me in told it will take an hour. It took 2hrs at no point in time did anyone come and tell me it was going to take longer than an hour. that checked me in told it will take an hour. Jeremiah was an excellent salesperson. Made sure we were comfortable at all time, answered all of our questions. Went into explicit details about the vehicle we were looking at. I left more unhappy than satisfied, was told by one employee that the fee for tire rotation would be waved, and then checked out with another employee paying the full fee. Had to come back entirely bec employee that the fee for tire rotation would be waved, and then checked out with another employee paying the full fee. Had to come back entirely because two screws for the air filter were not replaced after they were removed for inspection. To say the least I was dissatisfied, by service and price. I normally don’t feel this way from my service here which added to the dissatisfaction. Prices felt like they were inflated. Thank you anyways More

I did this already but I’ll do it again. My experience was great. Alex was a very nice salesman and I believe helped me get a great deal on my trade in! Then got me into a 2020 Tiguan.
