It was my first time bringing my car to Allen Samuels for service. I will never take my car anywhere else. They were helpful, prompt and much less expensive than I expected. I was told the techs who were supposed to do my transmission flush on Saturday wouldn't be in due to Memorial Weekend, but two employees stayed until midnight Friday to ensure my car and another still received the service.
