I had my vehicle towed to Allen Samuels after it died a few days after having it another VW dealer for some recall work. Allen Samuels discovered the remnants of a plastic glove in the fuel tank among seve few days after having it another VW dealer for some recall work. Allen Samuels discovered the remnants of a plastic glove in the fuel tank among several issues related to the work done including the recall not being shown as completed. After I explained what happened to the service director Robert, he assured me that they would work with Volkswagen to get the repairs covered or do it out of pocket as a good will service. I can't begin to thank him and the entire team at Allen Samuels for helping me out in this nightmare that was should have been a simple recall job. They completely room care of me and returned an nice clean vehicle. I will never make the mistake of taking my vehicle to another dealer no matter how booked up Allen Samuels is. After my experience it's easy to see why so many others are taking their cars to get serviced here. More
I feel the workers did not put my car together correctly after servicing the a/c. A hose mysteriously blew as I was driving away and all the coolant came out. The car was taken in as the tire was flat. Was told a new tire needed to be ordered. Said I would check to see if I could get the tire elsewhere sooner and would call back if I couldn’t find it. Then no word for weeks regarding the tire. Called several times and left messages. Was told I would get a call back and then none. Finally received a call saying the tire would be in the next day. Couldn’t confirm for sure if it would be in. Tried calling, same runaround. Finally confirmed tire was there, brought car in. Waited for about 1.5 hours for tire to be replaced. Finally walked outside to find my car sitting and completely done. Had to find someone to pay. Was told it was covered under my plan, which it is not. More

My 80k miles manufacture recommended maintenance appointment was made ahead of time, however the service department didn’t get it ready for the service.
