I asked for a used car inspection and you only did a courtesy inspection. When you returned my car to me with a broke key fob. You than had the audacity to make me pay for a new one. I took my car to OKC VW the next day and they fixed my key fob. When I called to cancel my order you told me that the key fob is non-refundable. Your service dept receptionist is completely unprofessional. The only person I had any type of good interaction with was salesman Norris Evans who attempted to help resolve the issue. More
