There was a definite communication breakdown that made my visit end on an unhappy note. I called last week to schedule for a Saturday appointment due to working during the week to have them inspect my backup camera glitching. I arrive at the location today (Saturday) and the service rep advised me that they tried to call me about them needing to cancel my appointment because they don't do diagnostics on Saturdays, however they didn't have my phone number. I provided them my number upon appointment scheduling and they even had my email on file because I received an appointment reminder. I drove 45 minutes to this location and thankfully had to have my system software updated due to an EMC issue. I asked her to go ahead and do the update which the service lady stated would be only an hour of work. I asked for a loaner but they don't do this for appointments under 3 hours. No worries, I thought... she even offered me a complimentary Lyft. I declined and got my own Uber to eat. I came back two hours later to pick up my car because she never collected my number when I left the keys with her even though she said they didn't have my number. She told me they have not even started on it and have one more car ahead of me. She then stated it would be another 30min-1 hour. So here I have spent 45 min driving here, 2 hours waiting and now 45 minutes home with no work done to my car other than taking it to the back and bringing it back to me. Poor experience and I will take my car to the Oklahoma City Volkswagen going forward. More

Only thing that kept me from rating the experience as higher was that the wait was long and there didn't seem to as much in depth information on the current status of my car.
