I was told that the engine needed replaced based on two pieces of information, two of which made little to no sense. The technician claimed he could tell my engine bearing had failed by a compression test pieces of information, two of which made little to no sense. The technician claimed he could tell my engine bearing had failed by a compression test and noise. One of the noises he suggested persists for 30-60 seconds after the engine is turned off. I’m a mechanical engineer and I recognize that is not possible. They stood by the diagnosis and wanted $7000 for an engine replacement before they would address any other issues. Additionally, I drove from Stillwater, roughly 60 min away. I was not told ahead of time that I would need to leave the car at least overnight. So I had to scramble to find a rental car and sort out the logistics to get back home. Pretty poor customer service and very questionable technical service. More

Everything went well. Quick, on schedule and out the door. The only thing that could have been better would have been if I could have taken the really cool complimentary coffee machine w/ me!!! :) door. From the beginning it was a bad experience. They called me an hour after i dropped it off telling me they had figured out the problem that it was ready for pick up and then they realized it was the wrong c me an hour after i dropped it off telling me they had figured out the problem that it was ready for pick up and then they realized it was the wrong car. They also charged me for changing the lightbulb of a headlight even though that wasn’t the issue like i had told them when i came in, but they said it would fix it More

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences we have had. William and Pat were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I think it took a total of 3 hours to sign and drive.
