Dishonest! Absolutely terrible Service! I had an issue with the clutch on my Jetta GLI and after keeping my car for 2 days I was told I needed to replace entire Absolutely terrible Service! I had an issue with the clutch on my Jetta GLI and after keeping my car for 2 days I was told I needed to replace entire transmission...of course they printed me off a sheet suggesting some very expensive repairs. I took my car to another shop where they replaced my clutch kit (much cheaper) and assured me the transmission is still in great shape. The service advisors and/or technicians at Edmond VW location are either crooked or incompetent. I'm not sure exactly how VW service centers are structured, but it is common for dealership repair shops to work off commission and often times the parts/service centers provide a greater profit than the car sales. I recommend taking your vehicle to a location where you do not have to worry about being taken advantage of. More
