Once back to the dealership we discussed pricing and made a verbal agreement. I advised that my wife and I would go eat lunch and discuss our options on how we want to proceed. Should we go back and get a different car we looked at earlier in the day? Jeff was low pressure and said sure, if you guys want the car let me know. We were able to walk out without having to talk to every single person in the place. At lunch we made our decision and went back. From there, finance was easy and painless and we were on our way in a short amount of time. More

Terrible Experience I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for them to repair the visor. They spilled oil all over the engine and front of car, they left grease I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for them to repair the visor. But never received a call that the car was ready, so I tried calling between 4pm -5pm, no body would answer the phone, so I texted like they beg you to do on their website, it took over an hour for the to text me back saysing they are now closed. My service adviser assured me that they could take care of the battery issue and do most of my 70,000 checkup while I waited. Not what was advertised I have been trying to work with dealership because they advertised a Prius 4 and that's what I paid for. Two days later we were driving and went to use navigation, it doesn't have it. When I informed the dealership they still say it's a Prius 4 but Toyota even says it's a Prius 2. They asked me to give them 72 hours to investigate but haven't called me and won't return my phone calls. More
